A standard corporate party is associated with a restaurant, salads and karaoke. All these formats of joint recreation are already boring and seem to attract no one. Employees sit in the corners, divided into groups and calmly wait for the end of the event. Naturally, there is no team spirit for which all this was started.
Modern business is looking for new formats. Those where people are revealed from an unexpected side, where positions and hierarchy disappear, and character, reaction and ability to work in a team come first. An employee from accounting, who put three bullets in the “bullseye,” receives the respect of colleagues, not at all related to his job description.
This corporate format removes barriers. It creates a common emotional background. You rejoice in victories together, laugh at misses together and this unites better than any training. In addition, it is absolutely safe, an invisible laser leaves no traces, does not require special permission and cannot injure. Women in dresses and men in suits can participate, because a special form of clothing is not required.
